Rachida Dukes is a self-taught pastry chef and cooking instructor passionate about making French pastry, Moroccan cuisine, and sourdough baking approachable for home cooks.

She further developed her culinary foundation through classes at L'Academie de Cuisine, the renowned culinary school in Bethesda, Maryland, in the greater Washington, DC area, and spent one year working as a chef assistant.

Through detailed, step-by-step lessons, she focuses on helping students understand the why behind each technique, not just the recipe itself. Her teaching style is warm, practical, and built around confidence in the kitchen.
