Moroccan-born, Rachida Dukes began her career in the Apprenticeship Program in Casablanca, Morocco.
After several years as a Math teacher and programmer, I decided to follow my passion for cooking so I took a few cooking classes at L’academie de Cuisine, the premiere culinary school in the Washington DC. I took cooking classes at Alain Ducasse’s school while staying with my family in Paris.
Blending the rich flavors of Moroccan cuisine with the elegance of classic French techniques, I bring a modern approach to fine dining by using the freshest ingredients to create exquisite, healthy meals.
